Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:


Returns & Refunds:


Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Ready-made items can only be exchanged if they are damaged or incorrect.


Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Products must be unused and in original packaging for exchange consideration.


Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method.


Props – The Gift Shop reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request based on these terms.
